What is EMERGE RehabTech?

EMERGE RehabTech is a Place Based Impact Acceleration Account (PBIAA) funded by the EPSRC, and led by Nottingham Trent University, the University of Derby, Loughborough University, and the University of Nottingham

Innovating Medical Technologies in the East Midlands

EMERGE RehabTech will accelerate adoption of new rehabilitation technologies emerging from university research into healthcare pathways

We will drive regional economic growth and deliver impact by improving health outcomes, promoting wellbeing, and enhancing quality of life for individuals and communities. We will fund innovative projects to accelerate impact in rehabilitation technologies, create engagement opportunities to connect businesses with researchers, and embed Patient and Public Involvement and Engagement (PPIE) in our initiatives to tackle health inequalities.
